  FILTER SALES AUSTRALIA - LIMITED WARRANTY
Filter Sales Australia Guarantee our products to be free of defects both in workmanship
and materials during the recommended service life. Defective product due to the above
will be replaced. In the unlikely event of engine damage due to proven defective product,
Filter Sales Australia will restore the engine to the condition immediately prior to failure.
This warranty does not cover misuse or incorrect application. All claims must be certified
by an independent, qualified authority in the Automotive Trade. Filter Sales Australia will
not be liable to any third party claims, losses or expenses related to defective claims.

CLAIM PROCEDURE
In the event of a warranty claim it is essential that Filter Sales Australia be immediately
notified of the problem. Furthermore it is essential that the filter and/or equipment involved
are available for inspection by Filter Sales Australia or its agents. Normally the filter will
be required for testing. Most claims returned to us are completed within two weeks, however on
those occassions where this does not occur, it is usually due to one of two things.

The information provided to us being incomplete or the testing needed having to occur overseas.
In order to ensure the speediest possible processing of any claims please ensure the following
information is forwarded to us along with the filter involved.

Note : Keep paperwork separate from filter to prevent oil or fuel damage.
1: Business Name, Contact Person & Number
2: Customer Business Name, Contact Person & Number
3: Filter Part Number & purchase invoice number
4: Make, Model & Year of equipment involved
5: Date of fitment & date of incident
6: Details of incident (Note:"Filter is faulty" will not suffice)
7: Details of any action taken including invoice copies
8: Terms of settlement proposed by customer
